Grooming services

We work with dogs and cats. Below is what each service covers, who it is for, and what is not included — so you can book the right thing first time.

For dogs

Full Groom

For dogs with medium to long coats, or any breed due for a full tidy-up.

The Full Groom is the most complete single-session option. We start with a bath using a shampoo suited to the coat type, then blow-dry and brush through fully before any scissor or clipper work. Breed-standard cuts are available for most common breeds; if you have something specific in mind, mention it when you book.

  • Shampoo and conditioning rinse
  • Blow-dry and full brush-out
  • Breed-specific or requested trim
  • Nail clip and file
  • Ear cleaning and plucking if needed
  • Paw pad tidy

Duration varies by coat density. We will give an honest time estimate when you book. Not suitable for dogs with severe matting — a de-matting session is needed first.

From €55 — final price confirmed at booking based on size and coat.

Bath & Brush

For dogs with short or single-layer coats, or those maintained between full grooms.

No clipper work — just a thorough wash, dry, and brush. Good for short-coated breeds that do not need trimming, or for dogs who had a full groom recently and just need freshening up. We include a nail check and will clip if needed.

  • Shampoo and conditioning rinse
  • Blow-dry and brush-out
  • Nail check and clip if overdue
  • Ear check

No trimming or breed-specific styling included. If trimming is needed, book a Full Groom instead.

From €35 — based on dog size.

Nail & Ear

For dogs who are otherwise well-maintained but need specific upkeep between grooms.

A quick standalone appointment for nail trimming and/or ear cleaning. Useful when the rest of the coat is fine but the nails are getting long or the ears need attention. Short session, by appointment only.

  • Nail clip and light file
  • Ear cleaning
  • Ear plucking if required

Not a substitute for a full groom. We will flag if we notice anything else that needs attention, but this session covers only nails and ears.

€18 — nails only. €25 — nails and ears.

For cats

Comfort Trim

For cats with medium to long coats, or those prone to matting around the collar and flanks.

A low-stress session focused on what cats actually tolerate. We brush through the coat, trim around the paws, face and hygiene area, and clip the nails. We do not rush, and we do not restrain unnecessarily. If a cat is clearly distressed, we stop and reschedule rather than push through.

  • Full brush-out
  • Light trim around paws, face and hygiene area
  • Nail clip
  • Ear check

No full bath included unless specifically requested. Cat temperament varies a lot — first sessions may take longer as the cat acclimates.

From €45 — longer-haired cats may be slightly higher.

De-matting

For cats with significant matting that regular brushing cannot resolve at home.

Patient detangling using appropriate tools, or a shave-down when the matting is too close to the skin to work through safely. We assess the coat on arrival and let you know what is realistic before we start. In most cases we can preserve most of the coat length, but in severe cases a full shave-down is the kindest option.

  • Coat assessment on arrival
  • Patient mat removal or shave-down
  • Finishing brush-out
  • Nail clip
  • After-session coat care advice

Severely matted coats require more time. We charge based on time and complexity — we will give a range estimate when you book.

From €40 — time- and complexity-based. Discussed before the session starts.
